You have 7 calendar days to return or request a replacement for an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
Certain products such as opened or perishable goods are not eligible for returns or replacements unless they were delivered damaged or defective.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error from our end, we will bear all reverse shipping costs. For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
